On July 12, 2021, the 72nd working meeting of the 18th Issuance Review Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "China Securities Regulatory Commission") in 2021 approved the public offering of Mona Lisa Group Co., Ltd. The application for converting corporate bonds was reviewed, and the review result of the meeting was approved.
The total amount of funds planned to be raised by this public issuance of convertible corporate bonds is no more than RMB 1,168.93 million. After deducting relevant issuance expenses, it is planned to be used to acquire 58.9706% equity of Zhimei Shande and increase capital projects, digital management systems and smart warehouses Construction projects and supplementary working capital.
