In January 2022, the mature oxygen production technology of Fenxi Heavy Industry Jili Gas was recognized by partners and customers, and decided to develop this project, focusing on solving the problem of oxygenation in live fish breeding water , water disinfection and the transportation of large-density live fish in a short period of time, in order to fill the gap in the localization of this technology and improve the domestic deep-sea aquaculture and transportation technology.

At the beginning of the project, the technical staff encountered unprecedented problems. At present, in the live fish transportation industry, foreign aeration and disinfection systems have not yet been applied in the market, and there is no technical feasibility that can be used for reference. Therefore, Jieli Gas can only explore on its own. Under the premise of existing mature oxygen production technology, it consults literature and starts from the principles. Through continuous attempts, multiple program demonstrations, modifications and tests, it ensures the provision of stable high-purity oxygen. , designed a set of disinfection systems that use water circulation to ensure sufficient dissolved oxygen in the combined soda water, and use pure oxygen to produce ozone for circulating water systems, achieving a breakthrough from "0" to "1" and successfully Break this hard bone.

At present, this project has been successfully applied to the transport ship specified by the customer.
